Hello. Thanks for visiting my blog. My name is Caroline. Stirring with Knives is a look at the world though food- . I love food and I like cooking – although I’m not too fussy about following every recipe exactly to the last oz, lb or milligram – or about always using the right tools.

I moved to London 11 years ago and instantly fell in love with all things British. Two years ago me and my husband Sam bought a flat in Berlin. We live in between the two. Like gypsies . And gypsies tend to look at things slightly differently – if not always through a crystal ball.
