A life through food
I am urging anyone who hasn’t read Nigel Slater biography yet to read it. He talks about his strange and quirky upbringing trough the prism of food. A laugh out loud treat for the the tummy.
BOSNIAN COOK
I am visiting Sam in Sarajevo next week and will hopefully meet the author of this book Lamija Hadziosmanovic. She shows the tasty recipes. I am hoping to do a project in 2012 there to commemorate the siege of Sarajevo, the longest siege of a capital city in the history of modern warfare.
Eating the Universe
Just got this from the dishy UPS man and it is an amazing study of the Eat Art movement.
The Futurist Cookbook

Everyone should attend at least the aerobanquet, a kind of food sculptural orgy and listen to nutritious noises…
